Comprehensive Technical Training on OPTIMUS COMPACT Systems
On 20th May 2024, we hosted a highly successful technical training event focused on the OPTIMUS COMPACT system. The event helped to enhance the knowledge of Public Address and Voice Alarm (PAVA) systems, offering a full day of detailed learning sessions led by experts from OPTIMUS. Participants left the event with a deeper understanding of the technical, commercial, and practical aspects of the OPTIMUS solutions.
Morning Session:
The day started with an engaging Optimus Company Overview, presented by Ignacio González Martínez, OPTIMUS Sales Director EMEA & India. This session offered attendees valuable insights into the company’s global operations, innovations, and commitment to excellence in PAVA systems.
Following the company introduction, Ferran Gironès i Puig, OPTIMUS Innovation & Large Scale Systems Director, conducted a thorough technical training on both the OPTIMUS COMPACT and OPTIMUS COMPACT LITE systems. Participants were provided with a step-by-step breakdown of each system’s capabilities, configurations, and performance features, offering them a hands-on understanding of these advanced technologies.
To ensure a comprehensive understanding of the systems, there was a dedicated session on control and configuration software. During this training, participants explored best practices for troubleshooting, commissioning, and conducting firmware updates, allowing them to gain practical skills for managing and maintaining the systems effectively.
Afternoon Session:
After a well-deserved lunch break, the training resumed with an open book exam, followed by a collaborative correction session. This interactive exercise gave participants the opportunity to review their learning, reinforce key concepts, and ensure that they could confidently apply their newfound knowledge.
Next, Ahmad Daoud, OPTIMUS Sales Engineer for the Middle East, led a commercial training session focused on additional OPTIMUS solutions. This session helped participants understand the broader portfolio of OPTIMUS products and how they can be applied to various projects and market needs.
The afternoon concluded with a session on the design of OPTIMUS projects and solutions, where participants were guided through the process of creating efficient, scalable PAVA systems using OPTIMUS technology.
The day ended with an interactive Q&A session, allowing attendees to ask questions and receive expert guidance on specific technical or design challenges.
